If you are an owner of property in the Mt Shasta Vista Property Owners Association and you are trying to sell your property you may post your property on this site. This will be as a neighborly gesture for Association Property Owners only for property within Mt. Shasta Vista Subdivision. There is a one time minimal service charge ($20.00). Service charge will assure the property owner at least a six month posting. No sales services or response to inquiries on posted properties will be provided by the site operator. Posting will not include any photos. Posts must be submitted by email and must include clear contact information within 100 words or less. Mailing address must be provided but will not be posted. Postings will be inserted into the website by copy and pasting from email, incorrect spelling and all – no editing. Contact will be made for payment arrangements.
The posting of any property submitted is at the sole discretion of the site operator, this also includes the removal of any posting. Sole remedy to property owner will be the refund of “Service Charge”, with no refund after six months. Those submitting a post to this site will be responsible for the content of the posted item. Those submitting a post to this site will notify the site operator immediately when a property is sold or their post should be removed.
